Energy and resilience!

Get to the root of your fatigue

Low energy, fatigue on waking, and difficulty sleeping can have a huge toll on your health and your enjoyment of life. It's time to get to the roots of your issues, rev up your mitochondria (the energy powerhouses in your cells) and feel alive.

The stresses of our global world are unavoidable. But you are resilient. Like the cool shade of the woods in the summer's heat, re-energize and find peace even in an uncertain world!

Fatigue can be caused by many root issues that can affect vitamin levels (deficiencies in B12, vitamin D, folate or iron can all cause significant fatigue), increase inflammation (with associated effects in your gut, joints or brain) and reduce overall quality of life.

If you suffer from fatigue, consider investigating for:

  • Anemia and hormonal imbalances (consider: endometriosis, fibroids, irregular or heavy periods, intense PMS symptoms)

  • Perimenopause or Menopause (hormonal changes begin around 10 years pre-menopause)

  • Food sensitivities

  • Thyroid disease

  • Autoimmune conditions (including ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, celiac disease, rheumatoid arthritis and more)

  • Inflammation in the gut, joints, or brain for other reasons

  • Vitamin or nutrient deficiencies

Consider the other issues you may also have to help assess the potential root causes of your fatigue:

  • Irregular bowel movements

  • Ulcerative colitis

  • Crohn's disease

  • Celiac disease

  • Food sensitivities

  • Poor sleep

  • Cortisol imbalance

  • Adrenal burnout

  • Postpartum recovery

  • Grief

  • PTSD

  • Depression

  • Thyroid dysfunction

  • ADHD

  • Brain injury

  • Cognitive decline

  • Neurodegenerative

  • PMS, heavy or irregular menses

  • Fibroids

  • Endometriosis

  • Anemia

  • (Peri)menopause
